Quick answers about booking, pickups, cancellation and travelling in Morocco.
You reserve online with no upfront payment and pay on the day of the tour, in cash (euros or Moroccan dirhams) or by card on request. Choose your tour, send the booking request form, and we confirm availability and pickup details by email or WhatsApp. Questions before booking? Reach us through the contact page.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before day activities and up to 7 days before multi-day tours. Just let us know by email or WhatsApp so we can release your places. Since you pay on the day, there is nothing to refund if you cancel within these windows.
Yes, pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech and Fes is included for most tours. Many riads are inside the medina where vehicles cannot enter, so in that case we meet you at the nearest accessible point, usually a short walk away, and confirm the exact spot with you in advance.
Our tours run as shared small-group tours by default, and a private option is available on request. For a private tour, message us on WhatsApp with your date and group size and we will send you a quote. Browse the day trips or multi-day tours to pick a starting itinerary.
Yes, children can join the desert tour, and the best time to go is spring (March to May) or autumn (September to November). Summer is very hot, and winter nights in the desert can drop close to 0°C, so pack warm layers. The 3-day Sahara tour from Marrakech to Merzouga involves long drives, so tell us your children's ages and we can suggest breaks or a shorter option from our desert tours.
Morocco is generally a safe destination for travellers, and our guides speak English, French, Spanish and Arabic. As in any busy tourist area, watch your belongings in crowded souks and agree on prices before buying. Check your government's travel advice before you travel, and mention your preferred language when booking.
Tell us your dates and interests — we'll suggest the best route.
