These terms are a plain-language summary provided for information and should be reviewed by the business owner (and, where needed, a legal adviser) before publication.
Tours are booked through our online request form, by email or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation. We operate a "reserve now, pay later" model: no deposit is taken online, and payment is made on the day of the tour in cash (EUR or MAD) or by card on request. Prices are shown per person in euros and state what is included.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start of a day activity and up to 7 days before the start of a multi-day tour. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged, in particular for costs we have already committed (such as accommodation or desert camps). Please notify us in writing by email or WhatsApp.
We may change an itinerary, timing or route when weather, road conditions, closures or safety require it, for example snow on the Tizi n'Tichka pass or high winds in the desert. We will offer a reasonable alternative, a new date or, if you prefer, cancel at no charge. If we cancel a tour, you pay nothing.
Pickup is included for most tours from hotels and riads in Marrakech and Fes. For accommodation inside the medina, we meet you at the nearest point accessible by vehicle. Please be ready at the confirmed time; we cannot always wait for late guests on shared tours.
You are responsible for valid travel documents, appropriate travel insurance and informing us of any health condition or mobility issue relevant to an activity. Some activities (trekking, quad biking, camel rides, balloon flights) carry inherent risks and may have age, weight or health restrictions.
We take reasonable care in organising our tours and in choosing the services we use. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, by your own actions, or by failure to follow the instructions of guides and drivers. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
